⭐ PAY & COMPENSATION
•     $1,730 weekly average
•     $90,000 yearly earnings (6–12 month annualized)
•     $0.78–$0.80 CPM
•     $20/stop (6–8 stops/week)
•     $15 drop & hook
•     $20/hr safety classroom
•     $15/hr detention (after 2 hours)
•     $200/day trainee pay
•     $200/day holiday pay

🗓 SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
•     Tuesday–Saturday
•     Start window: 6 PM–10 PM
•     Overnight driving
•     2–3 layovers per week
•     Returns to account every other day for reload
•     Home weekly

📦 POSITION DETAILS
•     Pick up loaded trailers from customer DCs
•     Deliver to third‑party processing facilities
•     Primary lanes:
•     York, PA → TN & VT
•     Breinigsville, PA → MA, CT, VT, NY (as needed)
•     Commodity: Starbucks K‑Cups
•     24/7 operation
•     80% drop & hook
•     20% live unload (avg 90 minutes)
•     Off‑account/intermodal work possible during low volume or closures

🚚 EQUIPMENT & RULES
•     Automatic sleeper conventional
•     53’ box trailers
•     Parking rules:
•     <50 miles → park at account
•     ≥50 miles → take truck home with secure parking
•     Slip seat possible during training
•     Personal transportation required to/from work

🎄 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
•     Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years:
Work if holiday falls on scheduled day

•     Paid online orientation: $125
•     No terminal travel or hotel stays required
