Compensation Overview

Mileage-based pay with additional performance and safety bonuses.


Safety & Performance Bonuses

CSA Safety Bonus (Paid Every 90 Days)

Includes bonus + PTO.

  • Team Drivers:

    • $1,025 each + PTO (with Hazmat)

    • $825 each + PTO (without Hazmat)

On-Road Safety Bonus (Quarterly)

  • $600 every 90 days (Solo or Team)

PasSmart Safety Bonus

  • Teams receive 120 minutes of 68 MPH driving per 24 hours

  • Requires clean safety record (no speeding or probation)

Anniversary Bonus

  • $100 per year of service (no cap)

  • Paid annually on hire-date anniversary


Band Pay (Short-Haul Boost)

Designed to offset shorter freight lengths in today’s market:

  • Additional pay on loads under 400 miles

  • Paid on both pickup and delivery

  • The shorter the haul, the higher the Band Pay

  • Helps stabilize and increase weekly earnings

401(k) Retirement Plan

  • Company Match:

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Team drivers earn PTO every 109,000 paid miles

  • Additional PTO earned by qualifying for CSA bonus

  • Shift pay drivers earn PTO annually

Length: 4 Days
Start Day: Monday
Orientation Pay: $300 per driver (paid on first check)

Transition Bonuses

  • Team Drivers receive:

    • CSA (PTO) bonus + On-Road Bonus on first check

    • Additional On-Road Bonus after 30 days

  • Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) required for company drivers


Hiring Requirements

  • Minimum 9 months CDL-A experience

  • Team Drivers

  • No SAP drivers

  • Must pass DOT drug testing (both types)

  • Hiring in multiple states nationwide

  • Dry van freight
